What do you guys think is better?
Personally I have taken a liking to Tiffany. I've come to run up to four copies in my Jewel Knight deck, or sometimes three. There really is no reason not to have it, in my opinion. However, Heloise also has a very impacting skill that is noteworthy these days. The rise of Crossrides left and right makes Heloise a good contestant and card to run over Tiffany. Heloise creates a consistent 8k boost, given that Jewel Knights almost always have a full field. This 8k boost allows for the frontline to be able to reach the 18k required to actually put pressure on 13k vanguards. Yet, Tiffany's skill cannot also be overlooked given that she can give up to 6000 power.
So, what I ask of you, CFL community, is your honest thought process on this situation?
Tifanny or Heloise? Please leave a comment below explaining your reasoning as to why you think a card is better to run than the other.
Pros of Heloise:
-Can easily reach 16,000 boost power, allowing for use of 8,000 power grade 2s to be usable.
-Can be combo'd with the Fearsome Julia to be able to reach an easy 21k, as well as with Ashley.
- Can hit 20,000 power with rearguards that can reach 12,000 power.
-Finally another Starter Vanguard!
-Cool looking design!
Cons of Heloise:
- Grade 0 makes it easily retired by Narukami/Kagero.
- Does not provide maximum rearguard efficiency as Tiffany does.
- Will more than likely never hit magic numbers these days (Since almost nothing is 10,000)
- Weak 5000 power if not enough Jewel Knights are on the field.
- Very susceptible to rearguard devastation decks and link joker decks, due to needing several Jewel Knight cards on the field to obtain full effect.
Pros of Tiffany:
- Can be easily run in numbers. (AKA: You can run x2, x3, and x4 successfully)
- Powers up units so that they may hit the magic numbers of 21,000 and 23,000.
- Can be easily replaced by using its skill whenever a higher booster needs to be called.
- THE ORIGINAL STARTER (aw yeah.)
Cons of Tiffany:
- Also susceptible to locking decks and rearguard devastation decks.
- Unable to be fully efficient if feasible rearguards are not available.
- Most usually has to be used behind the Vanguard, unless front row rearguards can reach 11,000+ power on their own.
