Hello, Hello! Ciel here, I'm looking forward to watching your splendid matches today! Now let's get down to business...
Format: Single Elimination - 2 out of 3 matches
Location: Cardfight Area - Forest Map [ One Map South of Spawn ]
Time/Date: Saturday - 11/09/2013 At 5PM EST
Rules:
1. Barcgal Cannot Be your Starting Vanguard
2.Each participant may only use one deck throughout the tournament
3. Participants must sign up in the appropriate format to be accepted
4.Fighters must state their distribution of criticals , and any other bonuses that are not accounted for through CFA's mechanics ..to avoid confusion [ 1st offense grants a warning , second offense, with a replay can result in instant disqualification ]
5. Winners of each Cardfight must post the result of their Cardfight, as well as a replay ( In case of any discrepancy )
6. In the case of a "no-show" you are required to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for your opponent before declaring your victory.
7. In the case of a d/c'ed opponent you are allowed to declare your victory , as long as you submit a replay showing proof.
(Declaring your victory for a match set means you win the first match, not the second. You and your opponent will proceed onto the next match)

. For those who do not know: I am Zan Kisaragi of Neo Genesis. Today, the tournament will still commence, however Ciel cannot make it to host the tournament, so I'll be doing so in his steed.
